Kevin Hart’s legal war with his former assistant has taken a new turn: Miesha Shakes wants Montia Sabbag — the woman linked to the comedian’s 2017 sex-tape scandal — to testify in her case against him, TMZ reported early Wednesday.

Shakes, who previously worked as Hart’s assistant, is pursuing claims against the comedian; pulling Sabbag into the proceedings would reopen one of the most embarrassing chapters of Hart’s public life nearly a decade later.

The 2017 episode — in which Hart apologized publicly to his wife and children after the tape surfaced — has long since been folded into his stand-up material. A courtroom reprise, with Sabbag on the stand, would be a different kind of spotlight.

In a separate celebrity-legal item Wednesday, Sean “Diddy” Combs was ordered to pay NBCUniversal $477,700 in legal fees after losing his lawsuit over the network’s documentary — another expensive lesson in the risks of suing over unflattering coverage.
