'Real Housewives of Potomac' star Wendy Osefo and her husband Eddie were arrested Thursday and booked on criminal fraud charges in Westminster, Maryland, in a stunning development for the Bravo franchise.
Wendy, 41, is facing 16 charges - including seven felonies - for allegedly providing false or misleading information in connection with fraud exceeding $300, according to TMZ. She also faces a misdemeanor count of making a false statement to an officer. The precise charges against Eddie were not immediately clear.
Page Six reports the couple were in the process of being released after each posting a $50,000 bond. Wendy and Eddie have been married since 2011 and share three children.
The arrests come just weeks after Osefo's 'RHOP' castmate Karen Huger was released from jail last month after serving six months on a DUI sentence, marking a turbulent stretch for the long-running reality series.
