The Jacksonville Jaguars beat the Philadelphia Eagles 19-17 in London on Sunday in one of the wildest finishes of the NFL season, sealed by a 57-yard field goal as time effectively expired at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Philadelphia appeared to have won it moments earlier, kicking a 48-yard field goal with eight seconds remaining to move ahead 17-16. Instead of kicking deep, the Eagles kicked short, and Ameer Abdullah returned the kickoff 53 yards into Philadelphia territory. Officials restored one second to the clock, giving Jacksonville a single play.
Cam Little converted from 57 yards despite a high snap, completing a comeback in which receiver Parker Washington was Jacksonville's standout, finishing with six catches for 124 yards and two touchdowns, including a one-handed score late in the fourth quarter.
Philadelphia quarterback Jalen Hurts threw for 220 yards and a touchdown, but the Eagles produced only three points after halftime and fell to 2-3 with a third straight loss. Jacksonville improved to 4-1 and stays in London to face Houston next.
