People and TMZ reported that Meyer, a well-known jewelry designer, married Geoff Ogunlesi at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai, with Maguire reading the ceremony as the couple exchanged vows. The couple's children also took part in the day.
Guest lists reported by the outlets included Leonardo DiCaprio, Jeff Bezos, Courteney Cox and Rachel Zoe. Meyer and Maguire finalized their divorce in September, years after separating, and have frequently been described as close co-parents.
Ogunlesi leads an entertainment and music management company. Neither outlet reported any comment from Maguire beyond the ceremony photos, and the family has not issued a separate statement.
