AI-linked billionaires dominated the third quarter's insider-selling leaderboard, according to Bloomberg News citing Washington Service data drawn from SEC filings, with Nvidia director Mark Stevens unloading 4,236,740 shares worth $946.6 million.

Jeff Bezos sold 1,209,649 Amazon shares for $346.5 million under a pre-arranged 10b5-1 plan; an August filing had laid out plans to sell up to 15 million shares worth roughly $4 billion. Arista Networks CEO Jayshree Ullal ($446 million) and Illumina director Keith Meister ($436 million) also ranked among the top sellers.

Context matters: Nvidia shares are up roughly 30 per cent this year but trail Intel and AMD, both up more than threefold. And nearly all of the quarter's big insider sales were executed under pre-planned 10b5-1 programs — disclosed regulatory filings, not market timing calls.

This is a report of disclosed insider transactions, not investment advice. Pre-arranged plan sales often reflect diversification or tax planning rather than any view on a company's prospects.
