With the U.S. market flat over the past week but up about 14% over the past year, and earnings forecast to grow roughly 17% annually, a fresh October screen from Simply Wall St highlights growth companies where insiders themselves hold unusually large stakes — a disclosed-data signal many investors watch for alignment between management and shareholders.
Among the top names by insider ownership: Himax Technologies at 29.1%, distributed-power company ERock at 25.8%, avocado and berry producer Mission Produce at 23.9%, Nu Holdings at 22.8% and Figure Technology Solutions at 21.4%. Standard Nuclear (18.8%), Dave Inc. (16.6%) and Upstart Holdings (14.0%) also rank in the top ten, drawn from a 188-company screen of fast-growing U.S. names with high insider ownership.
The screen also flags recent disclosed insider activity: at Mission Produce, insider buying has outweighed selling recently, even as the company posted a third-quarter net loss of US$6.5 million on sales of about US$450 million. AI-infrastructure name SharonAI Holdings (16.4% insider ownership) features after arranging a $356 million debt facility to expand its compute capacity, while ERock — added to multiple Russell indices — shows no recent insider trading activity despite forecasts of strong revenue growth.
Insider ownership and buying are disclosures, not guarantees: the same screen notes risks including dilution and volatility at several names. This article reports disclosed market data only and is not investment advice.
