Miami residents can now walk into one of the city's best-known outdoor museums for free. Wynwood Walls is offering complimentary admission to anyone with photo ID showing a Miami-Dade County address, in a program running through 2028.

To launch the initiative, the museum and Rockstar Games are unveiling 10 new murals that will stay on display through Jan. 1. The works use original in-game artwork created for the forthcoming Grand Theft Auto VI.

The game includes an area inspired by Wynwood Walls inside Vice City, its Miami-inspired fictional setting. Artists contributing murals include Miami-based creators alongside international street artists, with most works spread through the Wynwood neighbourhood and one on the museum campus itself.

The 62,000-square-foot campus features more than 35 murals and 10 sculptures, plus a gallery and artist-in-residence studio. A capsule collection inspired by the game artwork will also be available for preorder at the museum shop.
