Mia Goth has filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, formally ending a marriage that has been on and off for a decade. The 'Pearl' actress filed Tuesday night, citing irreconcilable differences and listing July 28, 2025 as the couple's date of separation.
Goth, 32, is seeking primary legal and physical custody of the couple's 4-year-old daughter, Isabel, and has asked the court to terminate its ability to award spousal support to either party. The pair were last photographed together in January 2025, and reports earlier this year confirmed they had quietly separated, with LaBeouf relocating to New Orleans.
The relationship has been turbulent from the start: the two met filming 'Nymphomaniac: Vol. II' in 2012, married in a Las Vegas ceremony in 2016, and Goth previously filed for divorce in 2018 before they reconciled and welcomed Isabel in 2022. In a widely noted 2022 podcast interview, LaBeouf credited Goth with saving his life during his rehabilitation.
The filing caps a difficult period for both. LaBeouf, 40, faced legal trouble in New Orleans earlier this year, while Goth has continued a high-profile run of roles including Guillermo del Toro's 'Frankenstein.' With custody now before the court, the next chapter of their decade-long saga moves from tabloid pages to the legal system.
