Two days after playing a stadium, the Foo Fighters will play a room of 1,250. The band announced a one-night-only concert at Crown LIVE in Melbourne on November 16, 2026 — just 48 hours after their Marvel Stadium show on the Take Cover Australian tour — in what amounts to the ultimate fan lottery.
Registrations opened October 5 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on October 12, with Ticketmaster allocating tickets and notifying applicants on October 21. It's one registration per person, a maximum of two tickets, and an 18+ event. Tickets run from $199 for Bronze seated to $499 for Gold seated or general-admission standing, plus a $10.25 processing fee.
The show doubles as the first major test of the newly opened Crown LIVE, part of Crown Melbourne's $200 million Southbank redevelopment — landing one of the world's biggest rock bands is quite the opening statement for the venue.
The intimate date slots into an enormous run: the Australian leg begins in Brisbane on November 5, rolling through Townsville, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne and Adelaide before continuing into New Zealand and ending in Perth in January 2027, on the back of the band's 2023 album 'But Here We Are'. For 1,250 lucky fans, November 16 will be the night they tell their grandchildren about.
