UK alt-rock band Keo announced Monday that they will cross the Atlantic next spring for a 15-date North American tour, with a Toronto stop at the Drake Underground on May 5, 2027. The "Put A Smile On For Me" tour runs from April 28 in Philadelphia through May 20 in Los Angeles, taking its name from the band's debut album.
The London band's debut, Put A Smile On For Me, released on Island Records, debuted at No. 2 on the UK Official Albums Chart with 23,500 first-week units - topping both the UK Physical and UK Vinyl charts. Keo became the first UK band in over two years to exceed 20,000 first-week units with a debut album, a run that also earned them a sold-out UK headline tour and a sold-out March 12, 2027 show at London's O2 Academy Brixton.
Before that, the band supported Wolf Alice and played the main stage at Reading & Leeds. Toronto fans get their first North American headline date at "The Lounge at the Drake Hotel" on May 5 - an intimate room for a band whose trajectory suggests they will not be playing rooms that size for long.
The artist presale opens Wednesday, October 7 at 10 a.m. local time, with general on-sale Friday, October 9 at 10 a.m. local.
