Cluster buying — several insiders at the same company purchasing within a short window — is the pattern filer-watchers flagged most in the latest SEC Form 4 roundup dated October 21, led by BPRE, where three insiders bought a combined $25.4 million between September 23 and October 16.
The same compilation counted three insiders buying at PAM over 20 days ($42.7 million), three at DX ($145,000 over 25 days) and three at IMSR ($112,000 in five days), with two-insider clusters at BORR ($44.5 million over ten days), APLD ($6.7 million on a single day, October 16), TRXB ($3.8 million) and INBX ($2.3 million). Screeners note that three or more insiders buying within 30 days occurs in only about 12 per cent of cases, which is why clusters draw attention.
On the selling side, the largest disclosed executive sale was Micron technology chief Scott Deboer's $25.7 million sale on October 16, made under a pre-arranged 10b5-1 plan, and CrowdStrike's George Kurtz filed notice of a planned $141.0 million sale. UiPath's Daniel Dines also sold about $16.8 million and $16.3 million on October 15 and 16 under 10b5-1 plans.
MarketBeat's October 21 screeners separately put technology names including Micron, NVIDIA, SanDisk, AMD, Apple, Intel and Microsoft among the highest dollar-volume technology stocks to watch. OTMedia reports disclosed filings and screener output as market news only; none of it is a recommendation or advice to buy or sell any security.
